Below is the way I solved:-
1) Mean of these 10 values is 100.
Since SD is 22.4 Hence those students who clocked the time between (100 -22.4 = 77.6) will fall in SD 1 below mean
But we need to find the values SD below mean greater then 1. There are 2 values 70 75. Hence ans is B.
