Hi Hjort,
I just finished and scored a 680 - a not so great performance as I'd expected higher score in verbal. I haven't had a chance to gather all the data points that you require in my profile and I plan to work on it from soon.
Here's my quick profile:
- Considering part-time or 1-year programs
- Age: 32; Indian Male
- M.S (Electrical and Computer Engineering) from a reputed state school on the east coast: GPA: 3.4
- GMAT: 680 - Q50,V32
- Working as technical Lead for a large storage management vendor for the last 5 years. I have worked in different roles and in the process gained a diverse experience.
- Work Experience: 9-9.5 years of IT experience in various industries (Telecom, Big5, Financial Services)
I really like to know what are my chances of admission for the part-time/one-year programs at the following schools. My criteria for schools would be good reputed schools on the East Coast, Chicago and California)
1) Cornell TMO - My first preference. Would my quant percentile work to my advantage
2) NYU - Stern Langone program
3) Berkeley Haas - PartTime
4) UCLA - FullyEmployed
5) Babson
6) UIC or Kellogg - PartTime
Do Haas and UCLA have a 1-year program? If so, what would be my chances?
Any ideas/thoughts from folks on the forum are welcome. Should I consider any other schools?
Thanks.
