That makes sense. May be I should try to download every week and overwrite the old copy.

When I saw my power prep's score matching 100% (both verbal and Quant.) with my Gmat. I thought most of you would have had the same experience and would have tried to score high on these tests to benchmark yourself with GMAT.

But after I going through this forum, I understand that none of them had really highlighted the importance of taking these tests.


the GmatPrep and powerpreps can be very good indicators of how you will do on the real test. But you should be careful not to confuse yourself with respect to your goal. Your goal is to score well on the actual test. By focusing too heavily on the particular practice test, you will do more to skew your practice test results than to improve your real performance.

You should use them as tools to gauge yourself and whether you feel ready. Over gauging yourself is not necessarily going to help you much.

i agree with above ... use the PP test as a guide. i would also save at least one PP test for the last week of your prep ..

Where does one download this powerprep stuff?

MBA.com only has GMATPrep? I'm confused.
