I have used the Manhattan Reading comprehension book and have noticed that my strategy for approaching RC questions is not adequate. So I intend to use one more book in order to better my strategy. I have used the powerscore GMAT CR bible and absolutely loved the strategies present in the book. I came to know that powerscore known for its fabled LSAT RC book has released a powerscore GMAT Reading comprehension bible in the later months of 2018. However I couldn’t find any reviews of this book. If anyone has used this particular book, I would love to hear their reviews about it.

Is the book structured the same way as the CR book? The book was released not too far back in Oct 2018. Maybe that’s why you’re not able to find the pdf.
