ok friends,
I am frustrated......i checked Kaplan and PR CDs......both have a similar problem with the fonts. Luckily PP does not have that problem as I had mentioned earlier (maybe I got confused)...the problem is actually with Kaplan and PR. Is there any expert there who can help me? Or is it some screwed up font system on my PC?
Appreciate any help.......

desperate now.....I need to take tests on both the CDs

thanks in advance

One thing I can recommend is I can email you the fonts and you will have to copy them in DOS mode, which won't be hard. I will make a self install thingie. I can email you Arial, Courier, verdana, etc ENGLISH ONLY Fonts. You will have to restore the original ones later to be able to read Korean, etc.

Let me know. Then we'll know if that's the problem. Another option is to turn off the code page settings at the start up. You will need to edit your Autoexec.bat file; maybe that will help without copying fonts.

I am basically guessing.
It won't be too hard or it should not to do any of the above. Comments welcome.

Hi BB
I also have the same trouble on font used on PR's and Kaplan's CD-ROM.
Do you know what the font is on CD-ROM?
Those CD-ROM running WinXP(Traditional Chinese version) can not completely and clearly appear text on screen, although it can not harm my comprehension for all question.
I still hope to tackle this problem for this bug through installing certain fonts particularly uesd on English version of Window.
Thank.

One other problem may be the size of the fonts.

This is very easy to check Go to your display properties and then on the last bookmart (Settings) click advanced and choose SMALL FONTS.

Try after that.

Thank you, BB
I have a alternative method to tackle this problem.

Please follow this steps:
1) Go to the start button menu at the left-bottom corner of the screen and click on: "Start->Settings->Control Panel"
2) In Control Panel, click on "Regional Settings"
3) In Regional Settings, change your current option to "English (United States)"
4) Start the test after making this change.

I find the trouble can be resolved through this approach.
Try it ~~~~~~~if someone have the same problem.
