Hello Wasim,

I faced the same problem too. I called up Princeton's Tech support and they asked me to update the software with a patch. You can do the following. When you pop the CD into your computer, it will ask you if you want to cancel, continue or update. Click on Update, and it will download a patch. Once the patch is installed, you will be able to see your scores. Hope this helps.
