Hello,
when you do the official practice exam, would you just do the quant and verbal part or also integrated reasoning and the essay?
Time is very precious for me since I only have one month to prepare.
Do universities care about the score of the last two sections?

If time is precious, then, for most of your practice tests, you could focus on quant and verbal, and for a couple, you could do IR and AWA as well.
Schools don't care that much about IR and AWA, but you do want to get OK scores on them. So, to be on the safe side, on the AWA, you'd get at least 4.5, and 5 would be better, and on IR, you'd get at least 6, and 7 would be better, when you take the GMAT.
Your quant and verbal prep will take care of most of your IR prep.
For the AWA, you can proceed as outlined in this post.
