Hi Joe2244,
A 570 is a good 'baseline' score (the average score on the Official GMAT hovers around 540-550 most years) and a 650 score goal is absolutely reasonable. Since you have just one month of study time remaining, I have a few questions and some suggestions:
1) When you took this CAT, did you take the ENTIRE CAT (including the Essay and IR sections)?
2) If you're not scoring close to your goal in the next few weeks, can you push your Test Date back?
With the limited time remaining, you MUST try to make your CATs as realistic and test-like as possible. This means that you should take the ENTIRE CAT, at the same time of day as your Official GMAT, away from home, and you shouldn't do anything that you are not allowed to do on Test Day.
