I think it should be B

Because we don't take the first statement into consideration while solving the second.

And let's say even if we do it's still irrelevant. It's there to trick you. We know the average rate which is total presents/total hours. We can just multiply the total hours i.e 10 and average to get total presents wrapped in 10 hours which is 150.

Hence B should be sufficient.

Here. a similar question... good for this kind of trap...

I am not taking the first statement in consideration while doing the second.
It says average rate while he was wrapping is 15 per hour.
While he was wrapping is thr important part here…
1 pm - 2 pm… I wrapped for 1 min at average rate of 15 per hour….
/
In 10 hours I wrapped for 10 mins only(1 min in each hour)… at the rate of 15 per hour…. Total wraps..
less than 3 in 10 hours…
Nowhere it says.. non stop at constant rate…. Had it said this.. things would have been different.
So here *while wrapping* is important.. the average rate is to trick you…

Even when combined.. all we know that Santa too 3 breaks.. but for how long? 3 mins? 3 seconds? 3 hours? Cant say anything.

Hence E.
Aaaah okay got it. Thanks for the explanation

Then do 1 question each day with hardest difficulty take your time on that question and try to do all format of questions that can be asked in DI and in the remaining time focus on your strengths making them rock solid
How to know whether the question is from the official book or not?

to be honest, DI is all about maths+english. If you can figure out a way to strengthen your basics in these two areas DI should not be a problem. Personally, for me time management has been the issue in DI. I struggle to do it quickly and end up losing time. For DS I felt practice is the only way out

But I agree with the above, getting familiar with the question types and problem-solving strategies can only help you to an extent. The underlying skills tested are already covered in Quant and Verbal. Try to build a strong foundation in Quant and Verbal sections.

Hey everyone, I came across Wizako GMAT Prep while researching affordable prep options. Their Quant classes by Baskar sir on YouTube seemed really easy to follow and clear compared to some other providers I checked.

Has anyone here tried Wizako for GMAT prep (especially Quant)? Would love to hear your experience, is it worth going for? Please suggest

Nice question... think answer should be B.. 9

Let’s make it .. k = 10^3n - 230

So the number formed wil be
9999......999770 (...000-230)
So we add 9 x times let’s suppose...
So 9x + 7+7+0 = 230
X = 24..
this k has means there are 24 9’s and then 3 more digits... so a total of 27 digits...
Now these are also the number of zero’s that 10^3n is having...

So 3n = 27.. so n = 9...B

Hope there’s no silly mistake.
