Okay so I did not score a 770 or anything close. I scored a 690 (91%) this Saturday. While this GMAT is not 700+, it is still competitive for almost any school. Anyway, the point of this post is to relieve stress off people taking practice Kaplan CAT tests. My scores were the following for those:
CAT1: 560
CAT2: 560
CAT3: 570
They say that it is a good rule to add between 80-100 points to your score. However mine increased by 130 points. So if you are thinking about canceling your test score because of your Kaplan practice test, DON'T!. A second note is that I almost canceled my score after the test because I felt as if the test ate me alive. I forgot though is that is how the CAT is built. You are supposed to run into problems that you will not get right, after all the harder problems you have the higher your score is. So think long and hard before you choose to cancel your score.
