=> Total pencils = 15

=> Total cost = 60

=> One-third of the pencils \((\frac{1}{3} * 15 = 5)\) cost Rs. 2 each = 5 * 2 = 10

=> Remaining (15 - 5 = 10) pencils of Rs. 5 each = 10 * 5 = 50 fell out.

=> The lost pencils represented approximately what percentage of the money Prakash paid for all the pencils: 50 = x% of 60

=> \(x = 50 * [m]100 / 60\) = 83.33[/m]
