Internship Term: 3.5 months
Internship Goals:1. Improve user experience on GMAT Club
2. Leverage the strength and diversity of our members in shaping GMAT Club’s future
3. Provide a pre-MBA internship opportunity with real Product Management Experience to help with career transition
4. Create a safe environment to experiment, try things out, improve, and even fail
5. Create more opportunities for GMAT Club users to get involved in decision-making, management, and execution
Pre-MBA Internship Overview:• You will be responsible for setting the strategy and determining the path of your product.
• You will be conducting research such as user surveys, interviews, etc to identify user segments and develop a strategy for multiple profiles.
• You will decide the pace of your product. You will be the decision maker when it comes to the time and task at hand. There are no set hours.
• Estimated workload: 10-15 hrs/week on average. (some weeks it may be 20 and some only 5); no set hours. This is not intended as a full-time job.
• During the internship you will have an appropriate title on the Forums identifying you as a PM for a specific project.
• You will get to see and experience how GMAT Club works behind the scenes. You will work with GMAT Club’s founder, moderator team, developers, and designers.

At the end of the Internships, you will receive a stipend of $1,500, and the following by request: experience letter, reference, and a LinkedIN recommendation from GMAT Club.Candidate Requirements: 1. You
must have an R1 Admit, WL or R2 Interview Invite.
2. Must be done with the GMAT/GRE.
3. There are no citizenship/location requirements. No age, gender, or other restrictions – everyone is welcome to apply.

The internship would focus on identifying use scenarios, evaluating value, selecting the appropriate platform and deploying chat bots as beta test on GMAT Club, which may mean multiple chatbots for multiple needs. Primarily value and need should drive the eventual deployment. Here's what such an internship might involve:
- Chatbot Development:
- Evaluate requirements, select and setup the bot (no coding required).
- Compile and feed to the bot the relevant information.
- User Experience and Interaction Design:
- Focus on designing conversational flows that provide a seamless and intuitive user experience.

3. Better Engaging Members This internship would focus on improving the quality of the notifications and messages that go out by making them more targeted and specific for the member needs. E.g. if someone is done with the GMAT, they should not be getting information about GMAT experience/etc (unless they specifically want it) and similarly if someone is interested in Kellogg MBA, we should be able to serve them relevant updates and information. Here's what such an internship might involve:
- User Research and Segmentation:
