hi guys,
i took couple of full length tests ( didnt take awa) during last seven days.First test i took was on the 17th, it was a princenton review test and i scored 40,22, 524 (Q,V, Total in tht order). One problem i faced in that particular test was that the test started with verbal and i am not very great with verbal section.secondly, by the time i reached quant thing , i was already low on confidence and concentration.
I took secnd test just a while back and scored 41,32,600 in it. It was GMAT prep test.Everything was OK in this test except that in the end i again lost concentration.
Now, i would like any of the guru's reading this post and willing to help, tell me what do i do to maintain that concentration and can these scores give me some idea of what my actual score might look like?

The best way to keep your concentration up is to keep practicing CD tests or practice paper tests under timed condition. Kaplan has really good CD tests, not in terms of difficulty level because they are way too difficult but in terms of stamina building, and you should seriously consider buying that for practice. Your mental stamina will account for at least 25% of your total score and remember that no matter how you do at home, you will always find the test slightly harder because of stress. I think that doing many problems, especially at gmatclub, will expose you to many different problem types and will give you that confidence which you need for the exam. Many concepts are not well covered or not covered at all with some test prep providers(ie prob&comb, BF CR, many second order SC concepts other than parallellism and idiom) and you will find much of that here. Participate because what matters is not whether you got a question right but instead, whether you understood the underlying concepts. Remember that there is no merit in getting a question right by saying "it is A, B or C". Try to teach those concepts to others and to yourself and you will thus increase your learning curve and that of others.
