Hi all,
I have a bachelors in Computer Science from NY, with approximately 2 years of experience. I am planning to take my GMATs now because I know that I definitely want to go for an MBA 2 years from now, so I that I have it ready when needed.
I took the kaplan course recently, but I am not sure if it really helped me out, and even on the practice tests (from Kaplan and PR) I don't see myself shooting close to a 700, which is very depressing. And I know that I need that score to get into the schools of my choice.
I really hope to improve my score. I Don't know what else to try. Any suggestions?

Yes I do realise that the practice I did was not sufficient. I had a very low score of 590 with 3 weeks of study. Verbal is the tough nut for me, and with the help of this forum and practice, I hope to crack it. I had only done the practice tests from Kaplan, but I guess I didn't take the right approach while doing them.
These are the following study guides I plan to use now:
1. OG - for mini tests
2. Kaplan study guide- to start with the basics again. And ofcourse the practice tests.
3. PR study guide- for practice tests
4. Powerprep- Practice tests.
5. The practice questions from this site.
6.GMAT 800 from Kaplan
Is there anything else you recommend? My major problem is the RC, and the Kaplan method did not work. I cannot skim a passage that fast.
