Primatech Corporation(PC) is not taking regular customer order at this time owing to a short-term materials shortage affecting one of its suppliers
PC accepted a big fed order
Conclusion: PC's real reason for not accepting their orders is to shift its focus to the more lucrative government market.
Ideas: Identify something which tells why the govt order is diff and has no $ motivation
- May be the fed order was accepted at a loss to win the contract
- May be the fed order collectively wasn't as big as the overall customer order total
- May be the order turnaround time is fairly big for fed order

This doesn't help me weaken. We are not concerned about the customers who do business with fed. We may think that PC is trying to cut the middlemen and get more profits but it is far fetched and we don't know what the customers sell the fed govt
(B) Almost all of Primatech's employees have received raises in pay during the last year.
Irrelevant. PC didn't say they don't have enough budgets to process orders or have worker strikes etc.
(C) A recent memorandum from the president of Primatech requested that all employees familiarize themselves with the published guidelines for companies doing business with the federal government.
Irrelevant. how does fed employees familiarising with guidelines for companies doing business with fed, help weaken the conclusion. It doesn't

(C) A recent memorandum from the president of Primatech requested that all employees familiarize themselves with the published guidelines for companies doing business with the federal government. Eliminated This if anything slightly supports the coclusion, as it would appear that Primatech is gearing up to do business with fedderal govt.
(D) Most of Primatech's regular customers order the company's products in bulk and receive discounts for doing so. Eliminated This again slightly supports the conclusion, as it gives Primatech a motive to delay orders garnering lesser profit than the current ones possibly without the said discounts.
