Guys -

I am thinking about taking the Princeton Review classroom course next month. I am not sure whether this is the best course to take. I have already taken the Kaplan classroom course - which didnt help that much at all.

I dont want to spend $1300 again and the course be of no or little help. So if anyone has taken the PR classroom course - please advice if it was beneficial and really worth taking? Also, how is the PR course compared to Manhattan, GMAX, Veritas and other online courses?

I really need some honest feedback. I would really appreciate any thougths on this since I plan to take my GMAT late summer.

To be honest I would take any online courses. Just do it yourself. Participate actively in GMATclub. Members of the forum are the best tutors you can get. In 4 weeks I went from 10% of correct answers to 80-95%. You can learn a lot (different approach to solve a problem, shortcuts, traps to avoid). Also the challenges are available, and other useful information.

BUT If you had to do a classroom course - which one is the best with some real results?

Please advice.

Anyone taken the PR Classroom course has any feedback? Would appreciate your advice.

Don't expect much from class room coaching . They will give some guidelines that how to identify the problem quickly and some shortcuts,etc.

Regurly follow the GMAT Club and practice different kind of materials with time management(allot time to particular sessions)

U diffenetly reach u r target

Such questions are very difficult to answer.

Many students do not take such courses

Of the students who do take courses, it is highly unlikely that they have taken courses from multiple test prep companies.

Your best bet is to first assess your strengths and weaknesses. Please do take a diagnostic test without any preparation. Do your best. The results will give you an idea of the areas that you need to work on most.

If you need to start from the very basics and you have more than 2-3 months to take your test, I would recommend GMAX Online. I have personally reviewed the course for GMAT Club and the review is posted on the website. I have only heard good things about the course. Again, I am in no way suggesting that the others are bad.

To summarize, try to first understand what your specific needs are. This will help you ask the right questions when you call or meet someone from a test prep company.
