Hi,
I am new to gmat club and not really sure whether m posting on the right forum but I am in dire need of some help from you gurus. I have one week to go for GMAT. Exactly a week! And I am slightly disappointed with my scores. Here they go:
GMAT Prep 1 <Half prep> : 670
GMAT Prep 1<Revised>: 680
Kaplan CD Test 1: 590 <assuming they are 100 points off it gts me bk to just 690:((>
Princeton diagnostic test 1: 660 (QA 42, VA 40)
I am thoroughly disappointed with the Princeton score. This is almost after I am done with my entire prep. Now the whole idea of scaled scores and doing good on your first ten questions. In Quant, I got the first 14 questions right and only the 15th one was my first wrong and I got a total of 6 wrong out of 37 yet my scaled score was so low. Also the fact that since I got the first 14 right in a row it should ideally be throwing up high scoring/difficult questions at me, but I didn't encounter any.
Verbal, yes I agree I got 10 wrong which is not really a good sign..but I am just perplexed why I am not gettng the desirous scores

It's frigging me out. My target is 700. I need that magical figure of 7

And I have just one week left. How can I work on my strategy?
Please please..postponing the exam is not an option for me

What should I expect? I am going to take the GMAT Prep test 2 today and see how that goes..I asusme thats the best judge of our performance and closest to the real thing. But I am just perplexed and worked up. Any words of wisdom would help!
