Could anyone please help me with this question

A right triangle ABC has to be constructed in the xy-plane so that the right angle is at A and AB is parallel to x axis. The coordinates of A, B and C are to satisfy the inequalities -6 ≤ x ≤ 2 and 1 ≤ y ≤ 11. The number of different triangles that can be constructed with these properties are?

a. 792

b. 990

c. 7920

d. 49

i guess the answer is 7920!! there is a similar type of question in OG the 11th edition.

I also guess its 7920.
for A-9*11
for B-8
for C-10
so total would be 9*11*8*10 = 7920

yep, that is the calculation. but if you want to see the explanation, you can look at OG 11th ed problem solving question # 248.
