I'm getting this question a lot in the last couple of days.
If you're stuck with poorly put together essay drafts and resume content along withunclear recommender messaging, the solution isn't just to keep redrafting. You need a rapid, focused brainstorm of your background. It can be done in a few hours and it will feed so much powerful content for your application elements that you can redo those essays to perfection in a day.
As always, the problem isn't writing skills (that's readily available). It's unique deep content about your leadership experience elements and your potential. I've gotten 20 calls from people asking for last minute redrafts but that's not their problem -- it's their content.
If you're stuck with mediocre essays (or no essays) 2 days out from deadlines, feel free to reach out.
