E seems correct as student evaluate teacher voluntarily without directions of teacher help in measuring teaching quality... that's the main concern of passage too

questionnaire must be filled with independent thought and individual experience ie without feeling any pressure or any sort of threat from teacher for rest of the class
option B does support in line ,where students can put thier views independently via questionnaire after exams are over.
