Dear experts,
Hope you are doing very well.
I am looking forward to any comments on my profile, am I targeting the right schools and where I stand on my application?
I have completed my GMAT with a score of 730 (Q50,V38) but 4 in IR. and i would like to know if this score is a good score for Harvard or Stanford?
Meanwhile, i took again the test , and had a score of 710 (Q51,V34) with 8 in IR. So i would like to know which score to use if the first IR may harm my application.
More details about my background:
36 years old with engineering background and with more than 12 years experience mainly in telecommunications field, in several managerial positions.
Nationaly : Moroccan (North Africa)

Congrats on a great GMAT Score!
I'll leave it to others who may have an opinion on the IR part, but in any case with both 710 and 730 you can apply to any school you wish.
At 36 you will be on the older side of applicants, so do some research on which program is the best fit for you at the school you apply.

That's a tough question with the GMAT, 730 is more solidly within the window for both HBS and GSB, but a 4 in IR does look worrisome. If you're not open to taking it again, I'd recommend submitting both scores. They will only take the higher one, but the AdCom will see that you're capable of an even more recent 8 in IR.
However, both HBS and GSB are obviously some of the most select programs, and they look for much more than just a GMAT score. As a consultant, I wonder--how was your undergrad GPA? If it's very high, I'd say you don't have much to worry about regarding your 'academics' bucket. But if it's average or low, it'll just force you to elevate the other parts of your profile as much as you can. And as GSB coach mentioned, at age 36 you will be on the older end of your class, but that also comes with plenty of advantages, so long as you can articulate them well in your essays. Coming from Morocco, I imagine you have some incredibly rich stories to share about your values and livelihood, which I hope will shine through in your essays. A good essay that explains your story with depth could do a lot for you--I don't see HBS or GSB as impossible for you. Essays are truly the heart of where a consultant can guide you to sharing your story in the best possible way. That being said, I'd certainly add a couple targets and perhaps even a safety school to your list, depending on how adamant you are about getting an MBA at this time. Have you considered any of the Executive MBA programs?
I think you should put your focus on why you need an MBA as the next step in your journey, then identifying what you need from an MBA to get there, and how each particular school helps you get there. We do this every day with our clients.
