join college clubs , become active member , take up initiatives which increase clubs revenue ...

I'm happy to see someone who is really having such well defined goals. I wish I was one like that. My advise to your UG will be to "just do everything", join clubs, contribute meaningfully, take academics seriously, if there is a chance to help the professors on their research do that. Read a lot. If there are political student wings join them. Do a lot when you come out you should come out as an adult, the college learning and experience should change you completely.
Do these things you have your profile, extra-curriculars. Further spend the last 2 years in UG for CAT prep. you need to show a stellar percentile.
