Hi there - thanks for writing! The MFin is outside of my area in expertise, but I think it's a bit more typical for those already working in finance who want to advance in the field, vs. career switchers. For the MBA (which would give you a more holistic business education), regarding your work experience - it seems a bit light for the programs you're targeting, where most candidates have 3-7 years of full-time work experience. To work in finance on Wall Street - firms that recruit for these types of roles value a high GMAT, so I'd aim for 720+.
In your current role, is there analytical and leadership work involved? For people who are switching careers, the AdCom would want to know what transferrable skills you have that would benefit you in your new post-MBA role.
Hope that helps a bit - feel free to write back with any other questions!

Questions
1. I would like to transition into Finance and get into Wall St — would this be a
stretch? Would MS Fin be more ideal than MBA?
2. I was looking into Stern, LSE, LBS, and UCL -- would this be possible? What
other schools would you recommend?
3. Would MIT, HBS, Wharton, etc be asking for too much?
Thank you so much and I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
