It certainly won't hurt. While these programs want to see your interest in management, finance, business, etc. they don't require existing credentials in the space for admission. Think about it - the reason many are pursuing such a master degree is because you are seeking to learn about the subject matter. Theoretically, if you have all this experience or certifications under your belt, why would you need the degree? The natural response would be, "well, he knows what he is doing already so why would he need to learn about it?"
I wouldn't go out of your way to get certifications or degrees, but if you are going to pursue them anyways you can and should add them to your CV/resume to show your technical aptitude.
