ORM / URM (mixed) - not sure what to think of this
GPA: 3.66
GRE: 328

Internships: Tech consulting firm (think IBM / Accenture) and entertainment firm (think Netflix and Disney); other small internships at boutique firms in finance, consulting, and startups
Leadership: Co-Founder of professional mentorship club; VP of bus fraternity; PM at consulting club; Finance Director for Cultural Clubs; other small leadership positions as well
Volunteering: pro-bono consulting for non-profits; tutor D1 athletes

Realistically what are my chances of getting an interview?­

Your profile is on par with other strong deferred candidates. It's impossible to assign any odds to the likelihood of being invited to interview. That depends not solely on the stats you've listed here but on the overall pool and especially on how well you execute your applications. Hopefully, you already have your essays in an excellent shape!

There's nothing in your profile that suggests you won't get at least a fair look. Deferred MBA programs are so tricky because they admit so few people and since they don't evaluate candidates with work experience there's less variety in their profiles to separate them.

Generally speaking, if you have the time, energy and funds to apply (and are qualified) you should. Just have a backup plan should you not get into any programs or are only admitted to some of the lower-ranked ones that may not be ultimately as appealing to you.
