- 4+ yrs experience across business development, marketing, event management, innovation management and engineering in India & internationally.
- Currently in a leadership rotational program in an engineering consulting firm in India.
- Currently managing the technical training team, leading a team of 6. Oversee the technical training needs of over 10,000 employees.
- Leadership exp: Organized an event w/ over 4000 employees participating, leading a team of 100+ volunteers.
- Interned w/ the Kellogg Company, USA
2) Expected GMAT - 700 (Q48 V 37). Planning to give it in late July

Hello hello!
So first of all, you have some great stuff there - especially in the leadership and volunteer work sections. So that's great.
Now it's hard to say anything without a real GMAT, but let's assume for the moment a GMAT of 710. with that I feel Top 10 programs would be stretches, the next 10 would be competitive and the next 20 after that safe (it's approximate of course). You have some great stuff that makes you stand apart - school in the US, leadership, marketing, volunteer work - but there are some basics - school, GPA, Indian/Male that are going to make Top 10 more challenging. Not impossible, I don't think, but more challenging. Which is why they are stretch schools. So I'd say choose one or maybe two from the top 10, another two or three from the next next and then one or two ranked 30-50, and then you have a pretty perfect application strategy.
Of course all this is based on you getting that great GMAT - so go to it! And good luck.
