Dear Jagan,
29 is a fine age. I wouldn't worry about age before 32.

As for schools you can apply to, look at schools that have a GMAT range around your GMAT. In your case this will like mean schools in the 30-60 ranking (according to US News and world report).

I think that's a pretty fair list. But make sure you review their hiring stats and employment report to ensure you are getting the most out of your education. I'm more familiar with GW and Rutgers which both offer very solid programs, but the other three I know less.
