It's a bit tough to say without knowing more about you, but at least based on your stats you have a shot at these schools. Your GPA is a bit low, but you're coming from a good school. Your GMAT is not a differentiator at the schools you've listed but it is on target. If there's any chance of an even higher score that would help offset the GPA & would also help convince them that even though you're a nontraditional applicant you are up for the rigors of b-school.
The strength of your candidacy is really going to rest on the details of your work accomplishments though, especially since you are coming from a non-business background. You've been in engineering roles, correct? Were you the founder of the company? It will be critical to show the business skills you've used & ideally the business results you've directly driven. It will also be important to show your leadership experience. Finally, your post-MBA goals are an important piece of the equation as well since your argument for why you need the MBA rests on those. Especially if you are coming from a non-business background, it's important to show that you've really thought through why you need to make this transition to business.
