I think your ECs (own development projects) tie in very nicely with your post-MBA career goal of starting your own business. If I were you, I'd do a bit more research on bschools instead of just blindly applying to the top 5. Some of them (e.g. Wharton, Kellogg) are not too known for entrepreneurship. Also, Wharton or Kellogg for example tend to admit more people with 5+ years of work ex, while HBS and Stanford's students tend to be younger (and maybe more similar to your profile). I'd also add a safety school. In order to do proper research I'd definitely recommend visiting some of the schools if you can. This will also help you craft way better essays since you will have more in-depth knowledge about the school (the adcoms can easily tell if you just copy/paste the same essays for each bschool app).
