- 3 co-op's (6 mos each) as part of Drexel's curriculum. Not sure if this counts as work experience.

Earned lean six sigma green belt and had intense focus on technology, process improvements, and statistics. Managed one production line running 24/6 with maintenance on Sunday and had over 20 direct union reports over the 3 shifts. Offered huge leadership growth.
- 6 mos and counting as "Operations Transformation Analyst" at Sungard Availability Services, an IT disaster recovery firm. Continuing to specialize in operational/process improvement with developing business cases and solutions to present for approval to executive management. Also possess useful knowledge and certifications in the IT field, with computer programming skills.
GMAT: scheduled for beginning of October 2014
I am taking the
Manhattan GMAT course starting next month, I am expecting 680-700, but obviously will strive for more. In addition, I am taking a single MBA course in Managerial/Financial Accounting at Penn State in order to help make up for a sub-par undergrad GPA. I am sure now that I want to pursue a
part-time MBA program. My top two choices for fit, rank, and feasibility are UC Berkeley evening and weekends, and Carnegie Mellon Flex-MBA.
I am torn as to whether to get the GMAT and additional coursework complete, and submit my application in round 2 for Fall 2015, or wait another year and get it all in for Fall 2016.
Do I have enough work experience to get into Berkeley or Carnegie Mellon part-time? Need some advice as to whether to wait or apply now.
Thanks again!
