Hi aryanm,
Thanks for sharing your profile with us! Your academic qualifications are excellent, so that's a great start.
In terms of work experience, how much experience you have at the time that you apply matters more than how much experience you have by the time you're admitted or enroll in school, because you'll need to draw upon your work accomplishments and exposure to write both your resume and your essays. It sounds like so far you've been a high performer in your workplace, which is very positive -- admissions committees look for promotions, increasing responsibilities, international experience, and relationship management (such as managing subordinates, cross-functional teams, or clients) as signs of your potential, so keep that in mind in the coming months. If you apply in the coming cycle for admission in 2021, you'll still be on the young end of most top MBA programs, so it's possible that your candidacy could be strengthened if you waited another 1-2 years to build up more work experience before applying.
The other question that you'll want to have a compelling answer to is why you want to attend a top MBA program. What are your career goals in the short term (up to 5 years) and long term (15+ years) after business school? Why do you believe an MBA will be necessary to catapult you towards those goals? Admissions committees want to see applicants who have considered this question carefully and have an answer that makes sense for them.
Good luck to you! If we can be of further help, don't hesitate to reach out to us on
