Congratulations on building and selling a start-up! That's a level of entrepreneurship that, depending on the specifics and how you sell your story, will set you apart from the competition.
Right off the bat, I think you have a good chance at the schools you mention assuming you have a watertight admissions strategy (e.g., post-MBA goals are ambitions and impressive and sync with your prior professional success; you are able to convince the AdCom that you genuinely want an MBA now rather than see it as a box to check or a way to have fun for 2 years). You are on the older side for Wharton and Booth, so you'll need to compensate for that with a resume that shows more growth and advancement than the typical 26-year-old's resume (which it sounds like is possible based on your short post). Given your age and your professional arc, you may also want to look at INSEAD and some of the other European schools, which you may find more your speed AND where your age will be closer to the mean. As an added bonus, these schools generally charge lower tuition than 2-year traditional top full-time MBA US programs, which means that you could invest the difference in your next start-up. Your GPA is a little low, but that's more forgivable if you come from a STEM major and/or a top school (it's unclear if that's the case from your post). Your GMAT is solid, and that could compensate for the lower GPA if the rest of your application is stellar.
Re the top U.S. schools, you will be going applying for a spot as a non-US student (e.g., 30-40% of the student body), which ups the competition a little bit, but not as much as, say, if you were applying from India, China or Pakistan. I identify this factor just so you can be aware of this challenge and make sure that the rest of your application is as flawless as possible.
In assessing your application, the most important thing is your APPLICATION STRATEGY, which isn't totally clear here. WHY are you applying to business schools NOW, what is your near and long term career plan? How is your ambitious and unique career plan imminently possible given your prior success? What type of student and community member will you be? What clubs / extracurriculars will you be involved in? The thoughtful answers to these questions will make up your application strategy, and that's what will determine, more than anything else, your chances at a given school.
