Good to hear from you. And welcome.
So I think for Part-time EMBA programs, you should be fine to apply, even to some of the best programs. NYU PT and Columbia EMBA sound good to me (although you could apply to more to better your chances).
I mean your goals are 100% guaranteed, so basically what you need is to get the knowledge (And maybe contacts) which will help you succeed there. And if your family business is big enough, the schools will like you. Of course your years of experience in finance will not hurt either
You might also want to take a look at programs with energy focuses (i.e. Tepper, Haas, McCombs, Rice),a s this may be beneficial to you and to your future.
but other than that, I'd say with a strong application, you should be fine.
