Hi Raj,
Thanks for posting, happy to try to get your research process/planning going, though it does sound like this is really just a starting point at this time and you've got a decent amount of research and considering to do.

With 10+ years of experience, first of all, you could possibly look into Exec programs, and/or part-time programs are sometimes of interest. You could still consider full-time too if it makes the most sense for you, just keeping in mind that you'll be older than the average applicants and it could be more challenging to gain acceptance, but if you look outside the top tiers of schools there's potentially more of a chance.
Schools will look at your overall application-- your GMAT and grades; your essays and recs and resume-- all to get to know YOU as a person. Lots of focus on your professional experience, what you've accomplished, leadership & teamwork skills, people & project management skills, analytical and quant skills. They'll also be looking at your overall story-- why you need the degree, why now, why this school, what are you going to do exactly with the degree... you want your story to make sense and your career goals to flow with your past experience and the MBA, so you may want to spend some time really considering how you envision your next career steps to look.

Good luck with the research and decisions.
