Goal: I want to shift to investment banking or open my hedge fund post my mba

I was also a member of cultural committee in my sophomore year though i don't have the certificate with me.

2st attempt: 560 (46M, 24v), 4.5 AWA (I was blanked out in the middle of the test)
3st attempt: 690 (49M, 35v), 4.5 AWA
my targets schools are: Warwick, Cambridge, IESE, Nanyang, NUS, HKUST

It comes down to how well you do on your GMAT. If you get a score of 680 + you should be competitive for all the schools you've mentioned. Additionally, your work experience might be a bit low for Judge (Cambridge), which typically takes in students with a little more work experience. Among the schools you've selected : HKUST, Judge, NUS have decent finance programs and good i-banking recruiting history, but I wouldn't consider them big time investment banking recruiting grounds, exception being HKUST, which has been a feeder to the booming recruiting within Asia.
IESE is awesome school, if you want to get into management consulting or Industry, I wouldn't go there I wanted to end up at an investment bank. If you want to target investment banks in the UK you should look at LBS or Oxford. In the US : Wharton, HBS, Chicago, NYU and Columbia are happy hunting grounds for large investment banks. Given today's job market, I would recommend sticking to schools with cachet.
