For Fuqua, Sloan, Haas and Columbia you have very little chance of getting in, given your current GMAT score and work experience. You should be quite competitive for BU, CMU is going to be a little stretch, but you should be fine with excellent essays and recommendations. If you think that you can do better on the GMAT, I would recommend you to re-take the GMAT and apply with a better GMAT score, which will significantly improve your chances of getting into the top schools you've mentioned.

Good luck with your applications

Your Higest score is taken into account by all Business schools within the US, exception being Dartmouth; which adds up your highest verbal score from all attempts to your highest quart score from all GMAT attempts.

Here are some number to illustrate this point

GMAT 1 OCT 1st- 740 (Q51, V39)
GMAT 2 NOV 1st- 730 (Q49, V40) ----- Schools wills disregard this score and only consider GMAT 1

Dartmouth will take your highest quant score (51) and your hugest verbal score (40) and add em up.
