Thank you for looking into this request. I am basically looking for advice on which schools I should apply to. I need a list that I can use as my stretch, realistic and safety schools
1) Basic demographic info: age = 30, gender = male, nationality = Indian
2) Educational Background: undergrad major = Computer Science engineering, GPA = 3.35, GMAT score = 650, any grad work = Masters in computer engineering, GPA = 3.85
3) Work experience:
what is your current role = Team Leader
Have you had any promotions = engineer to team leader
What industry do you work in = construction machinery
For how long have you worked = 7 years
4) Extracurriculars:
do you participate in any extra-curricular activities = Charitable organizations
What is your role there = Member
For how long have you been involved = 3
5) Short/Long term goals:
what do you want to do after your MBA = Undecided
Any geographic preferences = None
6) Schools:
Any on your initial short list = University of Michigan (Ross), Columbia University, Duke University, MIT, UC - Berkeley, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, New York University, UC - Los Angeles, Indiana University

hi there, welcome to GMATClub! To answer your question, we're misisng that one crucial identification: post-MBA goals. If you are undecided, it makes it pretty much impossible to suggest which schools to apply to since each school has its own little niche that it's extremely good at. Having said that, if we're looking purely at numbers, I'd say your chances at Columbia and Tuck are going to be slimmer than Ross, Fuqua, Johnson, and Kelley. MIT is going to be a pure lottery ticket given your numbers. Keep in mind that you're facing a pretty steep uphill with your credentials - age, ethnicity, WE. Being an Indian engineer is simply going to make your battle harder to fight with. Again, depending on what your goals are, it would make much sense to decide where to apply.
