Hi there, you certainly have a shot. And to be honest, if you're only targeting ISB, just go for it. Who cares about what everyone else says?
(I mean that wholeheartedly) I think you should have a shot getting in though, provided with awesome application and interview.

Currently working for Wachovia bank, USA in customer analytics and targeted marketing ( Typical IT job with a hint of marketing and business exposure). Part-time experience as teaching assistant and research assistant in toxicity modelling ( though part time, from my second year of Masters, I started working like 50-60 hours a week in lab). the same modelling experience helped me to get my current job.Also taught some undergraduate classes (under supervision of my advisor-- a few chapters of her class). Total part-time experience 3 yrs.
Extra curricular activities:
1. Organised blood donation volunteer groups during undergraduate studies (and donated every 3 months as example).
2. Volunteered in Mississippi computer recycling (building fully functional computers from donated old computers and distributing to low income group children -- almost worked every Sunday for 2 yrs).
