I think your overall GMAT is fine, though your verbal score is slightly low for top programs (80% is the usual bar). Your GPA is also on the low side.
Your competitiveness will largely rest with the quality of your leadership experience in and out of work. Can you draw upon moments in the past where you have truly led, driven results, took the initiative? Also, you haven’t mentioned extracurriculars. You should seek to demonstrate your teamwork and leadership aptitude and potential in that sphere, as well.
You haven’t mentioned your post-MBA goals. To the degree that you can paint a cohesive picture that connects your past and present to your future ambitions, the more compelling your candidacy will be.
