Hello Chetna, thanks for your question.
I think your GMAT should be fine for those programs. The verbal score is slightly low (top programs usually look for 80%), but I think you should not worry, given that you come from an underrepresented demographic (female).
What is your undergraduate GPA?
You will differentiate yourself from the pack by speaking to specific leadership experiences where you influenced others/organizations, drove results, took initiative. Since you were selected as Employee of the Month, I believe you have such experiences!
Your undergraduate activities will not weigh as heavily – programs focus on more recent extracurriculars. It looks like you have recent social work could move the needle, especially if getting selected by Al Gore was a highly competitive process with many applicants (I assume it was?). Again, also use your non-work activities to call out your leadership experience.
Finally, since you did not speak to post-MBA goals, I encourage you to paint a picture that cohesively connects your past and present experience with your future career. The more you can clearly demonstrate a need for an MBA to chase those goals, the more persuasive you will be!
Best of luck,
Brian
