1) Basic demographic info: 24 years old, Male, White US. Will be 26 when matriculating.
2) Educational Background: Small private college (Goshen College) including study in Spain for 1 year. Major: Accounting, 3.6. GMAT: 710 38V 48Q
3) Work experience: CPA. McGladrey and Pullen: Tax Associate(4 months). McGladrey and Pullen: Audit Associate (1 year). Hope to have 2 years of consulting work for middle tier firm or accounting work for large real estate firm when matriculating.
4) Extracurriculars: Low here. College: College Tennis, a week of volunteering in Washington for the Trails association. Post College: Discount deals website that was built and then run for about a week before understanding that our capital at the time wasn't sufficient to get the site officially started.
5) Short/Long term goals: what do you want to do after your MBA? Consulting. Dream job for M/B/B.
6) Schools: This is where I need the evaluation done. Where is realistic for my profile?

Allright man, you gotta do TWO things here:
1. Start volunteering somewhere - Start as quick as you can, and try choose something that excites you, something that will give you opportunities to lead. This'll help you out a lot.
2. When you write your essays, do whatever you can to "break the mold" of the "accountant". They aren't gonna like it if you were just a number cruncher, but they want to see initiative, leadership,.. basically they want to see that you got out there and did business!
Other than that, assuming that you don't have any additional leadership experience, I'd say your sweet spot is the top 20 outside of the big three S/W/H. Doesn't mean that they are impossible, and a lot can happen between now and then, but when building your strategy, make sure you get a nice mix of schools in there.
So start looking at the top 20, see which ones appeal to you in terms of location and program, and if you got anything else, you just come back and chat with us.
