Hello big4mba, thanks for your question.
Your GPA is fine. Your overall GMAT is fine, but your 68% on the quantitative side is lower than the 80% I recommend for the top programs. Especially at Wharton, that could be a potential challenge.
I think your competitiveness will come down to the quality of your leadership experience, both in and out of the office. Can you draw upon “moments” when you truly led: influenced individuals and organizations, drove results, took initiative? If you have high performance ratings, hopefully that will translate into stories that demonstrate your leadership potential and acuity.
In terms of your church work/service, try to tease out the leadership and teamwork elements there, as well.
It really will come down to your essays. With the limited information I have, I think Wharton would be a reach, but that the other 3 programs you mentioned should be in play. You might add Darden and Anderson to the list.
