Hello,
With the given information, I appreciate your decision of retaking gmat, work on the retaking strategies across these forums and retake.
I would like to give you a new perspective, you mentioned you want to take your test in next one month only. I believe you can delay it for some more days and give a better shot. If you really think you have fully understood the concepts and it was a bad day then you may retake immediately after 31 days, else there is no harm in giving it after more prep because anyways you are planning to apply for Sep 2013 intake. ( this was just a thought, i am not trying to demotivate you to take your test immediately )
Inputs for other suitable schools -- very broad question, It will be very difficult to answer this Question without knowing where do you wanna settle post your MBA ? What do you wanna do post MBA ?
