Allright, good grades, good GMAT, looong work experience in the US which is very helpful. Your biggest challenge will be to STAND OUT.They are likely gonna have a lot of applicants with a similar background as you, so the first thing you gotta ask yourself is: what makes me DIFFERENT? What makes me unique? And you need work really hard to make your stories stand out.
I would say that in your school list you should have at least a chance at any and all of them. But you should also add one or two more "Safe schools" that would be say out of the top 10 but still in the top 30 (Tepper, Anderson, McCombs, etc.).
I didn't yet get a good sense of how much leadership you have or exactly how your career progress (which seems to be excellent) matches up to your peers, and these two things will be KEY along with your task of standing out, for you to get those acceptance letters!
