Hi Lucky,
It sounds like you are a top performer within your organization, and that is great. That said, you fall into the "Indian Male IT professional" category and the bar for admissions in a top program is higher than for candidates outside this demographic. Within this demographic, your professional experience is strong - the client facing role is great, and steady promotions and leadership experience is also great. Academically, you are on the lower side - is there any option to retake the GMAT and improve your score? If so, I would do so. Finally, your extracurricular and community activities are quite weak, which is very common for this demographic. I would suggest you target programs such as Tepper, Fisher, Kelley, Boston University. If you are really interested in entrepreneurship, you could check out Babson. You might consider part time programs at schools like UCLA and UC Berkeley as options as well.
Hope this helps,
Mili
