Thanks for the additional info. The challenge is that with only 23 months of full time experience, it will be difficult to get into many of the well known MBA programs in Europe in particular, and many in the US as well. For the career paths you mentioned an MBA would likely be the most versatile and recognized option, but generally MBA programs prefer the additional experience more than a masters in management. The other factor that makes it difficult to specify schools is that the GMAT is still fairly unknown... a 680 could make a difference vs a 720 for example on where you should apply. Have a look at the Financial Times Global MBA rankings if you have not yet, to get a feel for types of schools and how they are ranked on a global scale (for MBA), and I also encourage you to try to do some more research about the career plan you have after grad school and what degree and/or programs would best facilitate that.
