Hello there my friend, and thanks for dropping by!
Let me say first of all, that it'll be very very hard for me to say where you might go if I don't have a concrete GMAT from you. Plus I need a LOT more info from you, about your work experience, your goals, your leadership, and so on.
Anyhow, with only 16 months of work experience, you are looking at an MBA 1-2 years too early. Most people have on average 5 years work, and you only have one... so it's probably better to wait a bit and gain work experience. This will also give you the opportunity to retake your GMAT and get the best score you possibly can.
