Would you please evaluate my profile as per the information below. Target schools are Insead, Said Business School & Judge Business School for MBA.
Academics: MEngg. Proj Mgmt (University of Melbourne, Australia). Grade H2B Overall (Equivalent 73% , overall distinction).
BEngg. Civil Engineering (NUST, Pakistan) (Best ranked uni in country). CGPA 3.04
Work Experience : Total 5 years - 2 years as Senior Engineer Position with largest mining company in the world (Brisbane, Australia) managing a team of project controls engineers, 2 years as a consultant at a boutique project management consultancy (Melbourne, Australia) , 1 year as a Civil Engineer at Construction company (Islamabad, Pakistan)
Age: 27
Nationality: Pakistani and Australian.
GMAT: 690 (Quant: 49 , Verbal: 36) (GMAT Prep score) , booked an exam in January and targeting 700+
Extra Curricular activities: Volunteer for UN, Lead photography walks and classes.

Hey there,
Well your WE is good, your academics are fine (without being fantastic) and your GMAT is also fine. The thing is, what IS fantastic??!?!?! Right now, I think that these schools are a bit of stretches for you. I think you will have a shot, but they are tough. So two things here: 1. Think about other schools you can apply to, to balance out your strategy 2. Think about how you can boost your profile in terms of making it fantastic. Like I wrote, you have some good stuff, but given the choice these schools have of candidates, esp. from India, they want to take FANTASTIC people. So if you can communicate to them what is just so fantastic about you, then well, all the better!
