Hey !
I agree with the previous comment that you should probably wait if you want to get into INSEAD or NYU Stern.
I had 700 GMAT and about 30 months experience when I was applying and still I received responses that my work experience is lesser. (I got this response from Haas for your reference)
I think getting into the schools you desire would need a bit of preparation and work on your profile. You can also get information from alumni and work on your profile accordingly for a targeted school. I think that's a better way for you.
I have started an initiative of helping and mentoring MBA aspirants out of my experience, research and Network. I did my MBA in 2011 from SDA Bocconi and I am currently working at Samsung Electronics Headquarters in Korea in Global Account Management team for Mobile. Its just a free initiative, no consulting or something like that. Planning to help people who are aiming for a more longer term preparation. You can have a look at my website (globalmba-gyan) and reach out via contact us link if you feel interested. I can provide you guidance in a more structured way from there.
Happy to answer all your queries here as well ! Its upto you
All the best for all your applications !
Cheers !

Hi,
I just gave the GMAT(first attempt) and scored a 680(Quant - 49, Verbal - 33).
I am planning to apply for MBA classes starting in fall 2015.
My profile reads as follows:
GMAT 680
work ex : 19 months (Software Developer)
Graduation : B.Tech(College Topper)
12th : 79.2%
10th : 80.8

I want to do MBA in Finance and some of the colleges which I have shortlisted include INSEAD, NYU Stern, UCB(Hass,University of California),Michigan Ross,Said Oxford,UCLA Anderson.
Can you please suggest whether I should apply this year in second round for these colleges.(Example: second round deadlines for INSEAD and NYU Stern is in mid November) and would be great if you could suggest some more good colleges for MBA in Finance.
Thanks in Advance!!
