Generally with a 720, there's not an urgent need to re-take per se, and your quant score is strong.... you do come from a common applicant pool (Indian IT/engineering background) and your GPA sounds lower so those factors can be challenging plus the sheer nature of how competitive admission is to a top ranked program would lead me to say that the top 10 (give or take) will be challenging for you in all likelihood.
No matter where you apply, take the time (starting now!) to really dig deep into what makes you YOU.... your passions, interests, strengths, skills, life experiences.... as well as your rationale for the degree and for schools you are interested in (sounds like you may wish to do some more school research as there are many factors to consider....
